No — on-ground coordination is available as an add-on to Online Volunteer Sourcing, not as a standalone service.
What's the difference between a coordinator and a supervisor?
Coordinators manage groups of volunteers directly on the ground. Supervisors oversee coordinators, and come into play for larger events.
Is this available outside Bangalore?
Sceen currently operates in Bangalore only.
How far in advance should I book this?
The same as sourcing — a minimum of 3–4 days before your event, so we can plan coordinators and supervisors alongside volunteer sourcing.
