Frequently asked questions
Can you staff a large one-day fest with many volunteers at once?
Yes, there's no minimum or maximum volunteer count. Tell us your expected crowd size and role split, and we'll source and coordinate accordingly.
Do volunteers get certificates for their resumes or NSS credit?
E-certificates are generated and sent to volunteers automatically after the event. Check with your NSS coordinator on whether it satisfies your specific credit requirements.
Can we request volunteers with specific skills, like design or photography?
Yes. Request volunteers for a specific skill like artwork, production, operations, or photography, or ask for general-purpose crew.
What does this cost?
Volunteer sourcing starts at ₹1,000 for up to 5 volunteers (₹200 per additional). On-ground coordination is custom-priced based on volunteer count, coordinators, and supervisors.
How far in advance should we book?
A minimum of 3–4 days before your event, so we can source, screen, and plan coordinators together.
Is this available for colleges outside Bangalore?
Sceen primarily operates in Bangalore. Volunteers can also be sourced from Kerala and Tamil Nadu depending on the activity, but on-ground coordination is Bangalore-based.
