Sceen hires part-time (10 hours or more a week) team members and interns for various roles. We're building the programs and services described on our About page and across our services. We're looking for genuine, sincere folks from any background, preferably people who've volunteered before. The impact record shows the events the team has run so far.

Communications Associate
Part-time, 10–15 hrs/week
Starts at ₹1,500/week, negotiable with experience
What you'll do
- –Volunteer sourcing and communications
- –Collecting feedback from volunteers and hosts
- –Scheduling and running orientation calls
- –Writing the recruitment messages sent out to our community
- –Putting together reports
What we're looking for
- –Experience running communities on WhatsApp or online forums, preferred
- –Strong written and verbal English
Business Development Associate
Part-time, 10–15 hrs/week
Starts at ₹1,500/week, negotiable with experience
What you'll do
- –Reaching out to prospects and leads (leads provided) for Sceen's volunteer management software
- –Making calls, booking discovery calls and demo calls
- –Setting up and managing the conversion pipeline from prospect to purchase
What we're looking for
- –Strong command of English
- –Preferably has volunteered before and/or worked in the volunteering space, with an NGO or social enterprise
