Frequently asked questions
Do you only source external volunteers, or can you coordinate our own employees?
Both. If you already have enough employees for the activity, we can handle on-ground coordination for your team alone. If you need additional volunteers to supplement your employee group, we source and screen them too.
Can this run as a recurring quarterly program, not just a one-off event?

What does this cost?
Volunteer sourcing starts at ₹1,000 for up to 5 volunteers (₹200 per additional). On-ground coordination is custom-priced based on volunteer count, coordinators, and supervisors. Message us with your numbers for a quote.
Can you handle invoicing/GST documentation for our finance team?

How far in advance do we need to book?
A minimum of 3–4 days before your event, so we can plan sourcing, coordinators, and supervisors together.
Do you operate outside Bangalore?
Sceen primarily operates in Bangalore. Volunteers can also be sourced from Kerala and Tamil Nadu depending on the activity, but on-ground coordination is Bangalore-based.
