How are volunteers screened before working with our NGO?
Every volunteer shares a sample ID card and answers a few questions about their background and past experience relevant to the specific activity before being added to your event group.
What does this cost?
Volunteer sourcing starts at ₹1,000 for up to 5 volunteers (₹200 per additional). On-ground coordination is custom-priced based on volunteer count, coordinators, and supervisors. Message us on WhatsApp for a quote.
Is there a minimum number of volunteers we need to request?
No. Request as few or as many volunteers as your activity needs.
How far in advance should we book?
A minimum of 3–4 days before your event, so we can source, screen, and plan coordination together.
Do you operate outside Bangalore?
Sceen primarily operates in Bangalore. Volunteers can also be sourced from Kerala and Tamil Nadu depending on the activity, but on-ground coordination is Bangalore-based.
