Most NGOs we work with need two things: enough people on the day, and a way to bring the good ones back. Sceen does both.
A free listing on Sceen
Tell us about your drive and we list it on upcoming activities, where Bengaluru volunteers sign up for shifts. Listing an NGO activity is free.
Volunteers sourced and screened
For bigger needs, we source volunteers for you. Each one shares an ID and answers questions about the activity before they're confirmed, then joins an orientation call. Sourcing starts at ₹1,000 for up to 5 volunteers.
A backup if someone drops out
If a confirmed volunteer doesn't make it, at the orientation call or on the day, we fill their spot from the waitlist.
Software built for your NGO
We build custom volunteer management software around your NGO's size, scope and direction, so you can keep track of everyone who has helped and bring them back.
How it works
Message us
Tell us what the activity is, where and when, and how many people you need. Give us at least 3 to 4 days.
We list it or source for you
Small needs go on upcoming activities. Larger ones get sourced and screened volunteers.
Volunteers turn up briefed
Everyone knows the task, the timing and who to report to before they arrive.
Everyone gets a record
Volunteers log their hours and get an e-certificate. You get people you can call again.
