About this activity

Dhaatu and Param host a puppet team from Ubud, Bali, for a workshop and performance.

It's the opening day of Dhaatu's doll exhibition. You'll help with crowd navigation and registrations, keep footwear and seating in order, and assist the Dhaatu puppet team with stage, lighting and sound, plus any other event support the day needs.

Two slots: 10 AM to 2 PM (report by 9 AM) and 1 PM to 5 PM (report by 12 PM). When you arrive, find anyone from the Dhaatu puppet team and they'll tell you where you're needed.

Dress code: Indian ethnic wear. A kurta with jeans is fine; wear something comfortable.

Open to anyone aged 16 or older. If you're 16 or 17, bring a letter signed by a parent or guardian; from 18 you don't need one.

This is unpaid volunteering, and travel isn't reimbursed. Dhaatu provides refreshments for volunteers.

It's a chance to learn from a leading puppet team, at a leading puppet museum and cultural space, alongside a Padma Shri awardee.

Read the volunteer guidelines before you sign up. They cover getting there by metro and how to treat visitors and children: sceen.me/dhaatu/

Pick your slot only on sceen.me/find.
