Event crew at the Four Seasons, Hebbal

You'll guide visitors and participants through the event, help move the crowd, and support the different flows wherever you're needed. You'll get instructions on the day and need to pick them up quickly and carry them out on time, so clear spoken English matters.

Report at 7:30 AM. The event runs from 9 AM to 9 PM.

Orientation is required: in person at the same venue on Saturday 10 October, after 5 PM. We'll share the details with the selected volunteers on the WhatsApp group.

Dress code, required for everyone: black formal shirt, black formal trousers and black closed-toe formal shoes. This is a hard requirement.

You must be 18 or older to sign up for this activity.

Who fits: you speak English very well and have a good command of Kannada. You're outgoing, well spoken, well dressed and presentable, and you have the judgement and presence of mind to make quick decisions.

If you don't meet the dress code or these requirements, please do not apply.

This is a paid activity: ₹2,200 in total. It covers your work on the event day and your travel for both days, the orientation and the event. There's no separate travel reimbursement for the orientation.
