Become a Sceen Promoter
Promoters are Sceen volunteers we've checked and trust. They speak English well, are presentable, turn up on time and see the job through. In return they get priority access to bigger events with high visibility and higher stipends.
Open to anyone aged 18 and up, whether you've volunteered with Sceen before or not.

How it works
Apply
About 15 minutes on your phone. Everything saves as you go, so you can stop and finish later.
We review it
The Sceen team looks at your answers and photos. We may call you, or ask you to redo something.
You're a Promoter
You get the badge, Promoters-only shifts and a place in the Promoters WhatsApp group.
Have these ready
- A black formal shirt, black formal trousers and black formal shoes, worn for your photos.
- A plain wall and good light. A friend to take the photos makes it easier.
- A government photo ID: a masked Aadhaar (only the last 4 digits showing), Voter ID, PAN card or Driving Licence.
- A quiet spot to record 5 short video answers, up to 45 seconds each.
Applying takes about 15 minutes. You'll also share a short line on any event or volunteering work you've done outside Sceen, the languages you speak, and the kind of work you're good at.

How we use your details
Your application is for Sceen's own review. We never sell it.
- What we ask for
- Your Sceen profile (name, phone number, email, date of birth), your experience, languages and competencies, a photo of your ID, three dress photos and five video answers.
- Who sees it
- Only the Sceen team, to decide on your application.
- If you're approved
- When we put you forward for a client's event, we may share your profile with that client: your first name, dress photos, intro video, languages, competencies and experience. Your phone number, email, date of birth and ID are never shared with anyone.
- How long we keep it
- Your ID: deleted 30 days after we decide on your application.
- Dress photos: kept while you're a Promoter, and deleted 30 days after a decline or after a badge is removed.
- Video answers: deleted 180 days after you're approved, or 30 days after a decline or after a badge is removed.
- What you wrote: deleted with your photos, 30 days after a decline or after a badge is removed.
- An application left unfinished for 30 days is cleared, including one where we asked for more and didn't hear back.
- Deleting it sooner
- Message us on WhatsApp at +91 80503 17276 or email sceenme1@gmail.com, and we'll delete it. If you're a Promoter, this also ends your badge.

Questions
Is it paid?
Promoter activities come with higher stipends than regular ones. The amount depends on the activity, and its page on sceen.me/find says what it is.
I've never volunteered with Sceen. Can I apply?
Yes. Making your Sceen profile is the first step of the application, and it's the same profile you'll use on sceen.me/find.
How long does the review take?
It depends on how many applications we have at the time. The decision shows up on this page when you log in, and we may call you before we decide.
I don't have black formals. Can I still apply?
You need a black formal shirt, trousers and shoes for the dress photos. Apply once you have them.
Can I stop halfway and finish later?
Yes. Log in again with your number and PIN, on any phone, and carry on from where you stopped.
What if the team asks me to redo something?
You'll see their note here, with what to change. Fix those parts and send it again.
